01 Acceptance

By downloading or using Eat you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. We may update these terms from time to time; if a change is material we'll let you know in the app before it takes effect.

02 Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, to use Eat.

03 Trials & billing

  • The Solo plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until it ends. Power begins as soon as you subscribe.
  • Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and the plan price is charged to your App Store account.
  • Annual plans are billed once a year and include two months free versus paying monthly.
  • Prices are shown in the app before you confirm. Taxes may apply based on your region.

04 Cancellation

You can cancel any time from your App Store subscription settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Your meal history and saved recipes stay with your account unless you delete it.

05 Acceptable use

Please don't misuse Eat. In particular, don't:

  • Copy, resell or redistribute our recipes or content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt or overload the service.
  • Use Eat to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.

06 Health notice

Eat is not medical advice. Our plans, calorie and macro targets are for general wellbeing. If you have a medical condition, allergy or specific dietary need, check with a qualified professional before relying on them.

07 Our content

Eat, its name, logo, recipes and design are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property law. Using the app doesn't transfer any of those rights to you beyond your personal, non-transferable licence to use Eat.

08 Liability & contact

Eat is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you can't waive under your local law.
