What's the difference between Solo and Power?
Solo is the full planner: unlimited weekly plans, a shopping list split by store with live prices, meal swaps, favourites and nutrient targeting. Power adds logging and imports: photograph a meal for its macros, scan barcodes, and import recipes from any link.
Is there a free trial?
Solo starts with a 7-day free trial, once per account. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. Power is billed on the day you subscribe. Without a subscription you can still build one full plan to see how Eat works.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade to Power from your account and it applies straight away. To move to yearly billing or back to Solo, use the billing page linked from your account.
How do I cancel?
Web subscriptions: open your account and choose Cancel. App Store subscriptions: Settings, your name, Subscriptions on your iPhone. Either way you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
How does Eat build my week?
You answer nine short questions: your body and goal, how active you are, what you like, what you avoid, your kitchen, what you're craving, where you shop and your weekly budget. Eat sets your calories and macros, then builds seven days of meals, a prep day and a priced shopping list that fits the budget.
Which supermarkets do you support?
UK: Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda, Morrisons, Waitrose, Aldi, Lidl, Co-op, M&S and Costco. US: Walmart, Target, Kroger, Aldi and Trader Joe's. UAE: Carrefour. Saudi Arabia: Danube. Pick two and Eat chooses the cheaper store for each item.
How accurate are the prices?
They're real shelf prices, refreshed daily, and the list shows the product name exactly as the store lists it. Prices can still move between our check and your shop, so treat the total as a close estimate.
Can I change my goal or tastes on the website?
Meals, goals, tastes and stores live in the app. The website handles your account, your profile photo and your subscription.
I subscribed on the web. How do I use the app?
Sign in on your iPhone with the same account you used here, whether that's email, Apple or Google. Your plan is already active.
How do I sign in?
With your email and password, or with Apple or Google. One account works on the website and in the app. Forgot your password? Ask for a reset link on the sign-in page.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile, Settings, Delete account. Your account and personal data are removed within 30 days. Cancel any active subscription first so you aren't billed again.
What happens to my data?
Your meal plans and answers stay on your phone. Your account holds only your name, email, photo and subscription. We never sell your data. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
